Lounge Room

We recently had floating shelves installed. Note our records are on the bottom shelf. This is my preferred option for your lounge:

Alternatively, I would suggest getting 2 of the same low TV units like you have selected and put them side by side along this wall. You will need to select something cheaper if you go this route….

The previously-owned Ikea Kallax box storage held approx 8.75 lineal metres of storage. Two shelves along the length under the TV would hold just over 9 lineal metres of storage. I envisage these 2 shelves to stop 3cm short of the walls on either side. this will 1) be elegant 2) allow cables to drop down there. Possibly put an edge to either side, this would hide cables further.

KITCHEN / DINE

Shelving to suit shelving in lounge. Timber adds warmth. Top shelf to sit on top of existing tiles, less deep than bottom shelf, which holds coffee machine and extends out from existing benchtop. With or without waterfall end. Images to represent idea:

Four options. I have no preference for one over another, although possibly #4 least favourite as may be squishy/not luxurious. Consider hooks for left wall in walk in robe.

Install for all that shelving would be $2K or less. Materials deepends on depth and quality, but approx $1K.
